TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing with my TOS. Please read it carefully.NOTICE⬩ You are NOT allowed to use my art in any AI training software, or AI editions, make an NFT with my art, nor use it in any other blockchain-related technology.⬩ Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY, aside from social media use (profile pictures, banners, etc). You can print and use the artwork however you want, as long as you don’t profit from it.⬩ If you want my art for COMMERCIAL USE (such as merch, clothing, books, etc), we will discuss additional terms and prices privately.⬩ I can change my TOS anytime (you will be notified if it interferes with your order).PAYMENT⬩ I accept payments through PAYPAL ONLY.⬩ 100% upfront payment for orders up to 100 USD.⬩ 70%-30% payment is available for orders above 100 USD.REFUND POLICY⬩ You cannot get refunds for commissions under 100 USD.⬩ You will not be refunded if the drawing is already finished or close to being finished.⬩ You can only ask for refunds within 15 days after the payment is sent.⬩ You will only receive a full refund if I have not started the drawing yet.⬩ All refunds will have an automatic PayPal fee discounted in them. (10%)⬩ The refund amount will be negotiated with the customer, based on how much work I have already completed.DELIVERY/PROCESS⬩ I will update you every time I make significant progress.⬩ The commission will be delivered within 25-50 working days after the payment is sent. The time limit can increase depending on the queue, complexity, communication, or if I have personal emergencies. You'll be warned if anything happens.⬩ The artwork will be delivered via email. I will send you a high-resolution PNG file.COPYRIGHT⬩ I am allowed to use the artwork in online portfolios, commission sheets, etc.⬩ You are allowed to repost the image, as long as you credit me.⬩ You are not allowed to reproduce and sell the artwork.
REVISIONS⬩ You are allowed to make up to 3 major changes in the sketch phase. There will be an extra fee if you want a major change after the sketch is approved.⬩ If the artwork is already finished or close to finished, I will only make minor edits.
